Proclaiming The Historic Christian Message For Over 281 Years
Out of all the things I lost I miss my mind the most.
This thought comes to me because AGAIN I forgot my camera. Next
time I WILL remember.
It was a rainy and damp night when the meeting first started.
The young people were at the church all day for a clean up day.
But that did not stop them or the Spirit of God from bringing warmth and
joy to the meeting. Several other churches joined us in this time
of revival.
As a special music feature the
Decent Family came
and sang for us and stirred our hearts for the Lord. The
meeting was exciting and the response was evidence of the Lord's
presents among us. Many were doing business with the Lord and even
now, weeks later I still hear of the changed lives and new walk of those
who gave themselves to the Lord.
While the meeting started dark and rainy it ended in
joy and triumph.

My First
Visit
Well, I did it again. . . . forgot my camera -- sorry.
This was my first time at Wood River Baptist Church. I have
drove by this church MANY times in the past. I remember seeing the
land cleared and the building going up. It is a beautiful building
and well equipped to do the gospel ministry.
The service went wonderful. It was Veterans Day and a very
special honor was given to those who serve in our fight for freedom.
A very special and moving presentation with song and pictures was done
depicting the struggle for liberty through the history of America.
The Lord moved in a great way. So many hearts were touched.
I am not sure on the number saved but about 5-7 people responded coming
forward and talking to me personally about the matter of their souls
destiny. So many others came and knelt at the altar under
the direction of the Holy Spirit. The Evening Service was
more of the same. The Lord is sooooooo GOOD.
It was just a great day. Next time will have pictures
(promise).
