Unity Baptist Church

Brother Tim Gengarella has been called as Pastor to this great church located in the Southwestern corner Connecticut. 

Mrs. Souza and I were invited to attend a couples banquet on Saturday night.  I preached that night and the next day at the church.

Even though it was my first time at this church, I felt right at home from the very start.  There is just something about the family of God that provides a bond that can not be explained.. 

The banquet provided a great time of food, fun and games. I even got to sing my very first love song to Mrs. Souza!  . . . I was redeemed by the preaching!

The attention to the preaching, both at the banquet and the Sunday Service was evidence of the love the folks at Unity have for the preaching of the Word of God.

To give further testimony of God's blessing on this work is the fact that several were baptized that day in obedience to the command of Christ.

The Lord touched hearts and many made their way to the altar under the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

All the music, from the congregational singing to the specail young ladies trio, was done to the Glory of God and in the name of Jesus Christ

Unity Baptist Church is in agreement with the command of Christ to bring the Gospel to all the world.  While they attempt to win souls around them they have not forgotten souls around the world.
