Friendship Baptist Church
Jonesville, MI
Pastor Ed Jesanis
This was my first time at Friendship Baptist as well as my first
time in Michigan, yet I felt right at home among the
folks. The Church recently moved from Hillsdale to Jonesville to a
much more adequate building and location.
From the very start I felt the
presents of the Lord among us. And indeed He was among us in a mighty
way. Each service seemed to build upon the previous night. I
don't think we really had low night. So many of God's people were
faithful not only in attendance but faithful to come with a willing and
open heart before the Lord.

Our Brother did an excellent job
in stirring our hearts in song. It was uplifting just to see his
enthusiasm, joy and excitement in
leading us in the song service each night. It was amazing how the
Lord put the hymns and messages together. We did not consult each
other but both prayed for the Lord to direct our way and it was a
perfect match.
| I can think
of no better way to start a Revival Meeting than with
Believers Baptism. Pastor Jesanis had the pleasure and
honor to baptize this new believer into the membership of the
church. It was so thrilling to see this Brother and his
dear wife faithfully attend all the services of the week. |

One night during the week a
wonderful group of young people from Mid-Western Baptist College came to
sing and testify of the Grace of God. I was very much impressed
with these young Ladies and Men who have surrendered to the ministry of
our Lord. They were sharp, joyful and right on target with their
music and testimony.
The Blessings
Flowed on

I could hardly believe
that on Thursday morning and afternoon, the public school across
the street released over 300 children to come to the church for
Bible teaching and a Gospel presentation.
Several were saved.
I remember the young man I led to the Lord. He was so
thrilled to know his sins were forgiven and that he now has a
home in Heaven.
Each hour a new age group
was picked up in the bus and brought to the church throughout
the school day.

And the Blessings
Flowed On

The special music provided
by the church was both heartfelt and Christ honoring.
It truly paved the way for the preaching of the Word of God. |

And the
Blessings Flow On
The Missions wall tells the story
of the heart of the church. Reaching across the globe the
believers here seek the salvation of lost souls around the world.
Brother Jesanis has been faithful
for many years. He has a heart for God and a family that shares his
burden in the ministry.
