North Baptist Church

Brockton,  MA

North Baptist Church is also home to the South Shore Christian School. Located in the North end of Brockton MA, the ministry touches homes all across the city.  Besides the full ministry of Sunday School and preaching services the church is active in many aspects of reaching people and touching hearts with the gospel message. 

While this was my first time here, it was easy to feel at home.  I am sure any visitor will feel as welcomed as I was. The Revival Meeting went well as the Lord touched lives.  Souls were saved, public testimony of salvation was given and hearts were warmed toward the things of the Lord.

Each morning I met with the elementary students of the school.  Full of energy but eager to hear the Word of God the students gave attention to Bible truths.

The High School student body was receptive to the teachings of the Word of God. As each day passed the Lord seemed to tenderly speak to hearts in the matter of personal Holiness and virtuous living. It was joy to see many of these attend the evening services each night of the meeting.

Both sides of this hallway are lined with mission letters from those the church supports.   Across the street or across the ocean souls are cared for by this body of believers.

No church can say they are a New Testament church without an active missions program to reach the lost world wide.

As part of the missions is the Reformers Unanimous group to help those be free of the passions of the flesh.
 

This young lady just seemed to be happy in this school.

Pastor Laitres and his wife, along with the membership have a vision of what the Lord can and will do in this needy area of America.
